Build one!
I don't know how much a dual core processor's gonna help running a single game, assuming you're not burning CDs at the same time and running a virus scan. A lot of RAM and a good graphics card, as said usually do a nice job, but you can spend as much as you want and always have something better you can get. |

Building your own computer will always be way better than buying them pre-built. That is, as long as the consumers have access to all the technology that the pre-built computer companies do.
Hint: Don't buy the most expensive things, look for the ones that are a bit older, with really good performance, but are much cheaper than the newest items.
