Computer Problems
I ran a system recovery on my computer. Now when i run programs it used to run with ease its killing itself to run them, cpu is at 80-100% and its realy jumpy, any advice.

Upgraded latest drivers, patches, service pack, etc?
Scan with an anti-virus, and check for un-needed applications running in the background.
