I'm looking for a good motherboard that will last me awhile. I currently have a Jetway (which is terrible) and I need to get a new one. What manufacturers do you like?
I'm looking for: Socket 775 Audio (I don't have the money to go get an extra video card or the speakers) Video pci-e (x2 if they're out there) LAN SATA (w/ Raid) RAM DDR2 667MHz at least I found one that I may be looking at here.

damm thats a cheap board, but i live the uk so add a huge chunk of tax on that.
Would have to agree ASUS, are rock solid just upgraded to a ASUS P5n32-e-sli motherbaord it has 3x PCI-E not sure what the 3rd is for but i am not complaing. I got the e6600 and the asus p5n32-e-sli board and the same G.card from my last build and my 3dmark score jumped by 2000 points.( my card was a 8800gtx my wife bought as a B.day present instead of a PS3 ooo i love her so much totally unexpected thought i would get some new socks) |

Well I have to say I have been very loyal to Asus and found they have never let me down, easy to update and such also and also they come with nice on board audio usualy.
The only other company I would look at is DFI, they are pretty looking things too lol but they are built with alot of care I know that so it is another option. |
