You mean the "Emotes"?... Anyways I think he's referring to the talents that every race should have, like the Sapien One is stronger than the Sapien Syn but the Syn is faster than the One.

I reckon that being a syn will have it advantages at the back of the field but the "ones" will be totting alternive with a huge shottei or something me im leaning towards syn cause the kind of guy who hides from battle and picks of enemies before they spot me so syn for me
