Turned the wrong way in bed and i think my left knee's cartilige is tearing...i already had that problem with my right knee and had knee surgery and now my left? boourns!

Two letters for you...No. Besides...my knee fixed itself, it took a LONG time to fix itself though but it's not bothering me now and can bend it without feeling a lock, I also don't take painkillers nomatter how much pain i go through (i've been through ALOT of pain in my life), pain is nothing i can't deal with.

I wasn't, i was turning around and BOOM. Not the first time it's happened either for the bed+my knee.
