Probably all a scam but it doesnt cost money or anything, you just sign up and get other people to sign up 18 for an xbox 360.

To be honest I would just ignore that sort of thing because all you will find is your email inbox filled with spam after.

and no 360 in your mail box. my little bro did that kinda thing for a ps2, signed up himself, and added my dads, my moms, all his friends, and my email address' as friends. It really sucked
