I played that game had a lvl 60 undead warlock. I got tired of the game after they destroyed there pvp system with the battle grounds. I used to be the leader of a huge clan we had a mighty alliance with several clans we had massage town raids, but then the battle grounds came and the clan fell apart a shame too. I hope I can reclaim my lost glory in Huxley.

Played a warrior named 'Kharne' on Shattered hand to level 60, got it into some pretty good gear (all epics) and reached rank 12. Then I realised that PvP had become boring and raiding was just a grind so I quit.

I played a 60 NE Rogue (CHINESE FARMER!) on Chrushridge named Shimmi... I like the game but it does become very dull and boring after a while... Though i did like it better than EQ2 because well EQ2 had no PvP

I played WoW, unfortunately, and hoped for some PVP, but alas, that didn't happen. And....

WoW was in no way, shape or form a pioneer for anything. If you want pioneer MMO's, look at UO and EQ. Hell, even Asheron's Call to some extent.

And to answer, I played it but dont consider myself coming from there. Its always fun to listen to ppl that only played WoW and compares every other game to it, always makes me laugh.

I'm all about substance in a game, I dont care for graphics. WoW had a nice questing idea for the game but it ended up as pretty much the same types of missions over and over. End game content was really weak. Seeing the same instance every day or the same pvp zone really got on my nerves fast. Lower level pvp became who could find the best items with their higher level alt to give to their lower so they get own in pvp while everyone else found their stuff as they leveled. The game had an ok balancing system for an mmorpg, not the best I've ever seen but eh. It's an alright game, its basically a compliation of every mmorpg to date all shoved into 1 game in a jumbled up fashion, Its all of the old put into a new game. It was fun for maybe 2 months for me then I dropped it.

Actually, don't get me wrong...the game is pretty damn cool till you get to level 60 then its reverts back to an EverQuest wanna be raiding game. Its stupid...Raids in Wow? When the whole course of the game can be done with less than 5 people? Stupid stupid stupid.

Carebear game?...Uhm YEAH DUH! Thats what they advertised it to be MORON! You should not have went and bought it if you were going to get pissed of cause its a carebear game! Its probably the stupid Banna Fkers like yourself that got on the forums complaining that you have no life if you can't completely comit your life to a virtual video game in order to get something in it, that other people can't unless they do the same thing you do. Go to your Bathroom and get your razor blades and slit your wrists now! Before you bring more greif upon the gaming world.

Another one of WoW's main selling points was PVP! ..yeah PVP

It wasn?t so bad because I played WoW in pre battle grounds then when they introduced the battle grounds I got bored then I went to a pvp server that got old fast my level went up way faster because of the extra XP I got from killing people who thought they could take me out, the monkeys always got mad when I killed them

Edit: what was always funny was casting everlasting breath then go into a lake then put one of the most fragile in the group and use his as bait to lure unsuspecting victims.

I havent played alot of MMORPGs but I do feel that most MMORPG games are the same, like SWG and WOW.
I have played SWG for a long time (until NGE) and am now in WOW with my guild from SWG but because WOW is so simpel i dont really like it, community is bad, cant do alot(compared to SWG), ect.
I also really want to give huxley a try becuase its something new for me, i never played a MMOFPS and it sounds really really great to get the FPS freedom. In huxley you can pound the grond as hard as you like for what ever reason or you dont have to "lock" someone befor you can fire.

I played WOW since it started, although im not on it all the time, once or twice a week at the most.

I got a phase 2 invite to the WoW Beta... played since then. I have three lvl 60's on Warsong... but I'm going on nearly two years of WoW (including beta time) and I'm completely burnt out. Subscription canceled as of this month.
