Is Player vs. Player the only time you can kill a non computerized player?

I would imagine that if you are alternative, and you see a sapien out in the world, you will be able to fight them there and then, no rules, not able to speak to each other, just fight. Ofc if he's far better equipped than you, best to stay out of his way

Also probably some sort of duel system for friendly players. You challenge a friend somewhere, then you can fight it out but not to the death.

There are PvP zones and PvE zones, as well as PvPvE zones where you fight enemy players and NPCs.

So yeah basically the only time you'll see enemy players will be in PvP or PvPvE zones, unless there's some kind of crazy missions where you get to see enemy players and do something special.
