Failure to Communicate

What's up fellas-
Ok...On your website under Huxley Clans it says:

"Huxley Clans - To submit your clan to this list all you have to do is post your clan or guild in the forum and I will always check out new clans, If I see you linking to our site then rest assure if we spot it we will add your website here."

....So that is exactly what I do. I posted my clan in the forum along with the website so that you would know the link. Then I get this response:

"Re: New Clan Submission
Please PM gobbly for clan sites we can't have clan recruition in the forums.

....hmmm....the website never said anything about PM'ing gobbly....and I definitely was not trying to "recruit" anyone....I was simply trying to submit my clan to that list.
With all do respect to those in charge...maybe you need more communication? or maybe more descriptive clan instructions on the website? or maybe there's just too many Chiefs and not enough Indians, I don't know.

lol Dude don't get so upset, if you have any problems read rule nr 15 and you'll see who runs it =)
Btw i know zeeky aint very friendly.
So it's best to simply talk straight to admin if you want your clan submition :P

Honestly, I'm not that upset Russian
I just thought it was interesting that I followed instructions to a "T" and still my thread was closed and website blocked. LOL...You'd think I said I loved Osama or something!

P.S. Yeah, I know NOW that it's best to talk to admin about clan submissions...that's my whole point!

If it's a really old post then gobbly just hasn't updated it. Apparently before I came here there was a huge flame war between clans and gobbly decided that there would be no more recruiting in the forums and no clan posts either with no links to clan sites. I'm sorry if you were misled.

P.S. Oh and by the way, if you have a problem with the mods don't just make an entirely new thread. You are supposed to PM another mod. Look up above the ad for the rules.
