360 Keyboard Support

Some people have asked before about 360 keyboard support. Sometime in May there will be a 360 update that will allow 360 users to instant message each other. There will be a controller addon that is a small keyboard type thing that will connect to the controller here is a link to what it looks like http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/...t.campSrc=Home (scroll down a bit for the picture. My best bet is that will be used for Huxley if it has keyboard support.

Thats not what I am saying in Huxley think about being in town and trying to talk over a thousand people. You probly will be able to talk into a mic in squads and platoons but the keyboard support(if they have it in Huxley) will be for talking in towns.

Agreed. if anyone has seen a MMO before you will have seen the General/Broadcast/world channel scoll up your screen quite fast a lot of the time. Now imagine that was all voices trying to hear themself over everyone else.

A Keyboard is the only way to go for talking in crowded areas.

Also i'm loving the look of the new 360 pad keyboard. Very in keeping with the whole Wireless theme.

if 360 gets keyboard support we very well may have 360 players facing off against PC players in actual combat. during the discussion before the only reason everyone decided 360 players would be at a disadvantage is b/c of their lack of a mouse/keyboard. if that problem gets eliminated 360 players would be on an equal ability field as pc.
