360 Players Cannot Play Sapiens Or Alts

Let's see, #1, the issue of cross-platform PvP has already been addressed and that will not happen, #2 where did you get this information on what the Xbox 360 gamers can't do? And why can't 360 gamers play as Sapiens and Alts? There seems to be no good reason.

not true, we can play as alts and sapians... the screenshot my friend has proves it. also, why would they do that? its like designing a jet with no engines...

I highly doubt they wont let us be alts or sapiens.Wherever you heard this it is rubbish. I heard that 360 players just get to have an extra part to be in an organzation where you try to free some kinds of hybrids(not sure if this is true).

It would also make sales for the 360 version plummit. People like having different races and it would be idiotic to make everybody the same race.

Its not true i've seen a pic of people at E3 playing as alts and sapiens on the Xbox 360

Well it cant be true. If you go to www.gamespot.com and check huxley there for the 360 you see its the Nr1 most wanted game yet. Even more wanted than Halo3. I doubt it would be Nr1 if you couldnt get the same stuffs like you get on the Pc version. They would also loose lots of buyers if they do that.

I think that the organization the 360 player would join would be the single player that they talk about for the 360, or instanced online missions

Yes thats what I think. I dont think it will only let us use one race. It will probly just be something extra for console ppl. From what I have heard game is mostly pvp (saps vs. alts) making us only play 1 race would be foolish in my opinion

Or you make your character sapien or alternative then you join this organization, and you get cool loot that maybe pc players would have to get in other ways or from buying it from you, and that would mean that pc would probobly have some of its own items that you would have to purchase from pc players

Yeah that actually sounds like a pretty good idea but making us only being able to play one race would be horrible. The organization is a great idea if it doesnt limit you to one race.

I have to say if they make it PCvs360 PC will dominate you can do a 180 turn in less than a second if your an exprienced FPS player on PC. Also PCs will upgrade and have better frames per second unlike 360 it will stay the same while PC has alot better control and will have advanced parts to 360.
PC>360 so good game 360.

Well as far as turning is concerned, people on consoles can turn just as quickly if they actually turn up their joystick sensitivity. Most people don't know how to or simply don't want to, so they turn like something retarded.

why are u console ppl so defensive about PC vs XBOX360 i play both and sorry to break it to u but its 100% obvious a PC player would completely dominate a 360 player, I don't care how good of an xbox player you are when you play alot of pc games and alot of xbox game su find urself wishing u had as much control as u had on pc, like when I play Gears of War I always say to my self man if i coudl control this like i do with css on the pc id own everything caus etahts just how it is, u have an entire hand dedicated to aiming and turning and u have a keyboard set out for u that u don't need to hold or anything much easier to hit keys then controller stuff

Seems like a lot of the sources say that 360 players will not be playing both races. There also seems to be a lot of people who swear that this is not true. I problem with your logic is that most 360 games only let you play one race. huxley is different because? Sorry to burst bubbles there. Now it's possible that the HLO could be a single player only campaign and that's where the confusion is coming from. But that doesn't make a whole lot of sense either because why would you only get to play one side of a 3 sided story.

As for PVP I'm surprised you guys haven't hit the nail on the head yet. I read an interview with one of the devs that they are working on the balancing certain battlefields for 360 players. Where they take the strengths of the 360 players and cover up their weaknesses. I think there was one part about the dev stating that 360ers would be defending bases and positions against the PC players. It also would surprise me if 360 players didn't have to worry about ammo health or damage to their equipment. They would simply respawn when killed and continue to wave the PC players. If that is the case then it makes sense that you play the role of zerg vs the sapiens and alts as the HLO, Right?

All we can do at the moment is wait for information direct from the horses mouth. Which is something that is providing a lot of power to the rumor mill. The dev's just are not talking.

Stop calling me and idiot etc for starting this post, MAYBE if you read what i posted it wasnt me that wrote that. It was an article that i read on MMORPG.com from a person that played the demo at E3, so b4 u hop on my ass and call me an idiot, read the post first.

and also, if you look at the date this was posted, you will realize that information was pretty bleak at the time.

grim could you give me links to these numerous sources that say console players only can play one race. And if you using that most 360 games only get to play one race as your only logic you really dont have much. Don't go off acting like you know everything. Webzen has not left us much information for now. The link I posted earlier said that 360 players will be able to play both races and be part of the organazation. Im not completly sure it is right but I bet it is because the races at war is a big part in the game from what I have read and there would be no point and making it that much different from the 360 version. Please don't be a pain in the *** to people posting a thread to ask a question just put your opinion theres no point in being mean to some one asking a question.
