OR maybe we can pull out two sticks and bonk ppl on thier heads......That'll be cool.
But on a serious quot,I do beleive that duel wielding will be implemented with one handed weapons such as a pistol and smgs.

Yeah dual wielding weapons is a nice idea, it'd be even better if it was incorporated into the game.

I doubt they'd put in an ability to shoot everywhere at once....because you can just jump and spin and start shooting and that would be it. anyway, duel wielding would probably be like halo 2 or something and they might put in something like you point the weapons left and right in 3rd person and start shooting, but thats all I can think they'd put in.

Yeah,You'd probally only be able to target at least two people at once with a duel wielding "perk".And I'm sure the standered duel wielding will be like any other game with that option; One crosshair, one target, two guns.

Ok I didn't literally mean you shoot everywhere and just kill everything in your path. I meant more along the lines of larger amounts of fire in a larger radius.

So maybe if you can dual wield something, you can get a special upgrade that lets you shoot faster with less accuracy for a few seconds or something (not spinning around in circles and shooting, or running around with two stick bonking people on the head...).

For all we know they may have certain guns that just automatically come in dual wielding form. Like two little machine guns that just always come in pairs.

UT did let you dual wield the starting assault rifle thing so why not in this game?

ok heres an idear that someone will rip off and make loads of money from but anyway dual wielding 2 weapons and aiming them at 2 targets is so so easy i really cant belive its not in every game allreddy there are a few easy ways to do it

first way is the way i would do it one weapon is fixed lets say the one in the right hand so its always pointing where your looking or it could be a sword then we have a weapon in the other hand with its own cross hair that can be moved with the aiming device be this a joystick on the pad or a mouse etc now you can aim one weapon and you can move your player to aim the second weapon this is kinda not the best way to do it but would work with exsisting controlers etc.

the other way to do it is to invent a new controler type witch if were honist fps`s need for good dual wielding to be possiball well golden eye on the n64 did not need it but walking and aiming the 2 guns with that pad was bloody tricky anyway if you had 3 joysticks on a pad and your 2 triggers so like a 360 pad but with an extra joy stick the new joystick is in the middle and controles your movement the other 2 are either side of it and the aim each gun for you but also there close enoth to the center stick so that you can move your field of view easy without even taking your finger off of it. this system would still mean for the avarage person that they would not be able to aim 2 guns independently while moving a lot but then again in real life aiming in 2 diffrent places and shooting at the same time with doing more the walking slowly is not an easy task thats why every army issues one main weapon not even the sas are expected to do that john woo shit in real life lol. but with one of the 2 systems i have allreddy metioned someone who was a few lvls higher could easly defend them self from 2 lower lever guys in huxley trying to come at him from 2 points.

personaly when i cant have a lmg or mini gun i do like a pair of hand guns or a pair of smgs i always like to waste lots of bulliets so a new type of duel aiming system would be good but i dont think they will make it.

there was a pc game a long time ago that had a duel aiming system that and its cloth engine were the 2 main reasons the game was made i think it got reviews like "if you can master the duel aiming system then maybe you can explain to us why his coat is blowing around inside a draft free building" i have no idear how you aimed the guns cos i never played the game but it was a 3rd person shooter so maybe the system wont work on a fps the other thing is maybe the right and left buttons above the triggers on most pads these days would be better used as a peer right and peer left button so that you can quickly look and aim your right gun and then look back to your left and contine fireing the gun on your right when where its aiming is not even in your current field of view.

anyway this is going on too long i`ll leave it for now i guess dual weilding could be a cheap option in huxley as there will always be peoples unwanted guns going cheap or free so if you allreddy have a gun and its not the best getting another one the same and duel wielding would dubble your fire power at not much cost anyway just wish the dam game would come out allreddy !

If there's dual wielding, you aren't going to be able to aim at two different spots. It's going to be focused firing of both weapons. 3rd Person camera was said not to be for fighting necessarily, mostly just for easier navigation. I think I read somewhere that when you go into 3rd person your HUD disappears.
