Being a sniper, I have a lot to offer to this thread, but I decided I'd read and smile. BUT! Some ass hole had to go and say we ruin games, and that my friends, is a dirty dirty rotten lie! Sniper's do not ruin any game, team killers do.

I'm sure armor will have some bearing on how many shots it takes to kill you, even in the head. This is the future so no current rules apply lol. Headshot protection might let you live with 1 health or might just take 2 shots to kill (1 for the helmet, 1 for the head).

There will be many ways to counter a sniper, as there are in current games. If you get sniped, when you go back to that area carefully look around for good sniping spots and go search each one. Use the thermal goggles to find where he is, even with invis on I'm assuming. If the game has good physics you'll be able to tell which direction the shot came from by looking at the body or the bullet hole if they missed.

One thing I think would be hilarious is 2 snipers sitting right next to each other and not knowing it b/c they're invisible lol.
