The Worlds Best Weapon

The AK-47 may be a good gun, but that's usually based on opinions from people who don't know the backside of a bullet. It is accurate and powerful, but anyone can just pick one up and shoot.
Machine guns are cool, yes, but when it comes to strategy, nothing beats snipers. Machine guns are short to medium range. While snipers stay a very long distance away and can just pick-off machine gunners without being in harms way.

I like to play effectiveness>coolness. My character can look like a complete wuss, but if the gear makes me powerful, I don't complain. So, in an active situation in Huxley, sniper is my choice.

HA! A good sniper would be in places that aren't obvious or easily spotted. Even if you were in an APC, what if he was ontop a building? At night?
You have to think like a sniper, to beat a sniper.

I'm afraid APC's don't work like that. APC means 'armored personel carrier', it's nothing but armor on wheels.

Well i haven't read the whole thing but one thing i can say right away.
Talking about worlds best gun is as talking about worlds best girl, differant peple think differant and the one they think of act differant at differant occasions.
SO lets all agree that differant weapons are usefull at differant momments in game or even in life, thas why you got so many classes with all differant weapons. =)

Well yeah APC usualy have some offensive weapons but they are only bullet weapons and not cannons or rockets. And the APCs are fast as you saw in video and not having only one gun to shoot with, if driver drives bad the gunners can't get frags anyways :P

Well as you know in videos they show very organized teams that cooparate at very high rate, that's why they drive slow so the gunners will get kills, but i bet if it's not a clan that has a squad and a mic. It would be like driver pushes the pedal to the metal and drives like crazy just to get some kills himself, pretty egoistic. Thats why the drive should recieve some points when somebody in gunner possion make a kill.

It's not there because in today's world someone would just either take out a pistol and shoot you or take out a knife and stab you. We're talking about large scale miltary fights. Not Japanese kung-fu movies.

Ok, back on track.

By the poll, I can see alot of you think machine guns are better than other weapons. Technically I think everyone is wrong no matter what they pick. The only way a weapon is useful is if it's in the hands of someone who knows how to use it. I've seen pistols with scopes, technically making them a very small rifle. I've seen impossible grenade launcher shots only done by people knowing what they are doing. I've even seen someone get a head shot through a wall on more than one occasion.

The only way this poll can be completely accurate is if it included factors of the players use and the surrounding area. I'de be better off not out in the open if I was a sniper.

Well yeah bro you thought of that but what you didn't think of, is that people acctualy do their choices by what you say, it's something very usual that nobody really notice or just simply dont care about. I mean look, those who choose machine guns they choose them cause they can handle them best and that's why they choose them. People who choose rocket luancher are better with them then with machine guns, etc etc. So no matter how you do this poll people choose why they like cause they are better with that weapon. So to my opinion the system works on what you say you just dont really realise it, you speak about poll for pro's but noobs like machine gun cause it hits a lot and you dont have to jump around much cause it hurts a lot and often. Hope you understand what i mean.

I think that the worlds best weapon wouldn't be the most powerful or anything...it would be the weapon that would be easiest to use, since you could just pick it up and learn to use it good reallly quickly.

lol Worlds best weapon is the brain cause without them there wouldn't be any weapons. Same goes for the game, if you have crappy weapons but you have brain you can defeat hard players with awesome equippment. cause when you have awesome equipp you think you're too awesome and you dont think much of how not getting killed cause you relay on your equipp =)

it think snipers are the worlds best weapon cause they are very power full and snipers stay out of the fight which gives them a better chance to live and all they gata do is sit on their a**es and saim and fire
