I voted for suicide bombing.

I agree that in most cases it takes no skill, but we should have an option to use it if we want to. I don't think I would ever actually blow myself up in game, but I can think of some pretty devastating scenarios where it could come in handy.

Imagine a very small group or even a single player comes in contact with a squad of enemies and tries to run for it...the enemies give chase and then run around a that corner, or follow into that abandoned warehouse only to find out they are all now dead...and it only took a small group or one person to kill the whole squad.

One person sneaks in to an enemy camp or whatever and plants a bunch of explosives in tactical locations (including on himself/herself) and when the time comes...boom! Damage done...one person lost to kill a lot and damage all sorts of vehicles, etc. (that one person could lure the others into more of a concentrated area before the explosions)

It's a part of guerrilla warfare and shouldn't be left out, regardless of how people feel about it from a political standpoint outside of the game.

Keep real world BS politics out of the game please.

I think the option will always be there whether the dev's put it in or not.

There are going to be rocket launchers, and people willing to run in close for a multi-kill-with-one-rocket mindset.

Also, why not just use the vehicles to ram into people? They don't have to blow up to be deadly. Even then, it's kind of a suicide bomber tactic, just without the bomb. Only reason I could see needing to blow up a vehicle is so the other team can't steal it.

And by saying that politics dictate what should or shouldn't be in the game is stupid.

"My husband was shot with a gun, so you shouldn't have guns in that game or I'll be sad!"

Bad things happen all the time. Bad things are going to continue to happen. Sometimes we are reminded that bad things happened, but it isn't going to change the fact that the deeds been done. Can't undue the past by avoiding it in the present.

After all is said and done, it's just a game. Try and have fun with it.

i hate islamists more than anyone else, but i think it would be kinda interesting being able to put bombs on things... your sitting with a few buds chatting in a city, out in the open, then a car drives by and tries to take you out with a carbomb... it will keep players on their toes.

just make them kinda expensive, so people just dont use only those... only for special purposes... like, driving it into a crowd of mutants.

id like to see IED's used, but not overused... ambushes and traps are fun, but dont over do it... like, a clan likes to go hike out to a certain spot to train, and an enemy clan notices, so they put some c4/explosives on the trail that clan A takes every day, and blows it up and ambushes them..... sounds fun... or like i said, clan B likes to sabotage clan A's vehicles with explosives, lol... or carbomb them, making clan warfare very fun... as long as clans have the ability to completely lock down their areas (clans can make their own neighborhoods or towns cant they?)

suicide attacks are a symbol of desperation, the kind that is usually accompanied by asymmetrical warfare (i.e. one side has no real tactical chance- like USA vs. terrorists). sapiens vs. alternatives is not an asymmetrical war.

Suicide bombers are just a desperate tactic, that is true. But I still can't believe that more than 4k soldiers died on the U.S. side. Someone isn't commanding our troops very well. I think we should have just put iraq in Martial law after we conquered it. Put all civilians in POW camps and such. But then again, maybe I'm being cruel. I just think that's what they should have done.

Sorry i'm against suicide bombers cos i just think it's a totally lame idea and i can't see any tactical purpose in them. Maybe there is but that will 99% ruin the game.
