I know sure as hell I don't wanna start playing and my first hour I don't want to be walking through a city and get raped. That would be discouraging.

Are there going to be certain areas you can drive on? And vehicle damage. Do we have to pay repairs so we are motivated to not drive recklessly unless you are crazy rich? Do we buy insurance? Just how real is it going to be? Or is driving just like a little dissapointing mini-game?

i think driving is complicated and they need a monorail or a teleportation device in the game.
its post apocalyptic so i guess rail stations would make most sense.

Yupp but i think during PvE like the parts between the cities you can have raids on every and anything out there like Hybrids and Syn or Alt like ther fighting hybrids and they leave ther APC and Dropship behind well its yours now to sell use or destroy or you could drive in PvE missions on your customized vehicles
BUT ITS FIANALLY GANNA COME OUT

Hopefully, from what has been viewed and mentioned about the player vs world aspects will include a variety of missions or instances where other players can assist or hinder the efforts of other players. Hopefully the different factions will play as wild cards to spice up the fights.

well gt has the race tests that you have to take to be able to drive but from the looks of it i dont think theres ganna be a test also the people with cars and stuff with be pritty tuff still would be cool if a load of you could just car jack someone etc.
the people worth robbing will probably be pritty hard to rob i think the best thing to do is a load of you get together and do a load of people up for protection money and if people dont pay you go and mess them up

Well, as long as vehicles don't cost anything, I can see car jacking as possible, during a battle. Probably something for phantoms to do, with a hacking device, as long as the vehicle stays in one spot for a long enough time.
