It would be cool to be able to buy some sort of equepment for your vehicle like a cloaking unit.

Granade lauchers and bigger machine gyns are smarter to chose..i hope theres no cloacking unit because it useless..cars make noise..and armored cars make lots of noice..+ granade and single lucky shot can deactivate it.

i hope u couyld put shields on for a sertain amount of time wen things get a little crazy and u need some cover and some missles to take down dropships and gunships:P

what they need/should do is make it so the vehicles can have some sort of "bubble sheild" that will take a certain amout of dammage before its is knocked offline...that would be very handy because there could be times during the battle where you will need to try and escape or break through with out taking much damage. This could also add to the gaming experience in the sence that it will generate a lot of fire power towards the vehicle making for a more "realistic" game play and for more exciting gameplay...

Yeah improve the cannon on your tank or better machine guns and armour it would give the game so much more and i would love to be able to customize a tank or a drop ship if you acually get to own one

i hope i can own a dropship to carry my troops around battles and to other little citys to get in the action mabe u can only loose it outside the main city

that would actually be pretty damn revolutionary to have customizable vehicles in an FPS wouldn't it? And an MMOFPS at that.

That could add an entire new field to the game. Certain types of vehicles able to get certain types of addons. certain vehicles being better at taking out other vehicles and certain vehicles being aimed at infantry killing only.

Customizable weapons, armor, paint, even wheels and other crazy attatchments to make you move faster, maybe hover, go invisible when your sitting still or something, make plans able to fly faster, turn sharper, hover close to the ground.

it would be amazing! does any other FPS have customizable vehicles to that extent? or any game for that matter?

Well i had this idea very long time ago, where you could even race eachother etc etc if you got tired of shooting and trading.
There were old games for Sony Play Station 1 where you could choose different cars which had different weapons i believe you could upgrade you own and etc, it was more like racing/destroying eachother. Forgot the names of those games but i loved them.

Well there is twisted metal haha. That's basically just pick your car and go destroy everyone else though (which makes for an awesome game lol).

And I think I do remember reading about your racing idea on whichever thread that was. unless I'm just imagining things.

Not sure if Huxley is going to be that indepth of a game. Meaning they probably won't have highly customizable vehicles to the point where you can add different types of guns or stack on kind of gun or something like that. It would be cool even if they just had a few different types of each main vehicle style. Like the main jeep could either have a gunner on the back or a grenade launcher or a AA missile or something. That would be coolness.

The more customized they can do it, the better imo

i like the idea of weopin mods like a multi turreted platform of some sort.or a dropship with extraseating or a apc with a killer sound system(hehe).

yeah that would be really awesome to throw into the game. Little things like that, that give you something to do when you honestly just don't feel like playing the regular game. You just want to do something random. The extra things that get put into games are what make the games different and more fun.


And that would be amazing if the vehicles could play music. Like in BF: Vietnam. All the vehicles could play music from a list of songs they chose (which was a list of songs from that time obviously, stuff like fortunate son etc). Huxley could have it's own playlist of songs and people with vehicles could blast them as they went around shooting people! I actually really really liked that about BF: V because it just made it a little more fun, a little something extra that makes the game better.

Obviously if you're trying to be all sneaky your aren't going to go blasting some crazy metal song. But if your just roaming around shooting, it's nice to have a little theme music for you and everyone around you to hear

Plus it adds a little comedy into the game which always makes everything more fun.

One of the funniest things I've ever seen in a game: In BF: Vietnam:

A guy riding down the road in a vespa, explosions going off everywhere. He's playing the flight of the Valkaries (a pretty epic classical song if you don't know, download it if you like that kind of stuff it's a sweet song) and moving his mouse all over the place so it makes his guy headbang as he swerves all over the road hahaha. Sooooo funny to see. Keep in mind he's on a vespa, lol that makes it amazingly funny on it's own.

lol sound like a total idiot explosion everywhere and classic music sounds like the stig from top gear.and they should allow you to have custom soundtrack in battles and in cities while you walk or drive or what ever you do.

i could amagine now some1 drives into battle with a pink apc whit 20" rims
and monster machine guns on the side and every1 stay quit and stares after a couple of seconds every1 starts screming awsome *Censored Word**Censored Word**Censored Word**Censored Word*ing car!!!!!
