We didn't see much in the way of heavy armor in this vid and we saw some with no armor whatsoever. Not sure if the models they have are what is going to consist of heavy armor or not, but they played as lights quite a bit it seems.
An interesting point on that though is some functions from the videos that might be due to armor types and/or upgrades. First we notice the infra red view. I'm hoping we'll run into other types of view enhancements that are just, if not more, useful to a player. Second we have the strange halo's above the enemies that are being shot. Possibly as a marker for the target you're actually hitting or perhaps just a visual que for some other aspect of the gameplay. The last point is the sprinting guy they show for a short time. Looked to me to be a temporary effect, possibly one of those 1 use items that you can pick up and buy from vendors. Useful to be sure.

I saw that and was thinking back to when they were talking about enforcers getting a temperary sprint as a class ability, I'm thinking this was a little to fast for that after watching it again but who knows.

the sprinting may also be an implant like in planetside, because in an interview a while back they said something about acquiring special ability's.

I'm all for sprinting in the open landscapes since I hate traveltime, both irl and ingame. Most likely you can't shoot while sprinting, otherwise I would definitely to with that as my special skill. Would go along great with my smart bullets that always lands in the heads of people.

Ya, I agree with what connn said thats why I was wondering if that is realy the enforcers sprint, going to take an awsome marksman to snipe someone at that speed

thats a good idea cuz if you think if youve just sprinted acoss an area of a battlefield your gonna be slightly worn out and your going to need to catch your breath before you sprint somewhere else
