Do you guys think that it would be best to have a balanced squad, something like:
2 enforcers, an avenger and a phantom. Or Something like 4 enforcers who just go in blasting anything that gets in there way, while still watching each others backs of course.

I think it's really just a matter of who you're working with. When you play with people for a while you will notice what works best, who's good at what and so on. But from all the other online shooter's I have played, normally a balanced attack works best.

A mixed squad probably would work best for most situations.
I just can't let go of the idea of 4 enforcers blasting their way through a base

Really depends on the map and loadouts. While four enforcers might be nice, the enforcer class likely has serious deficiencies at longer ranged combat, which 4 phantoms could easily exploit. A mixed squad would be the most versatile, and you must be prepared for any situation instead of assuming you'll always have the quicker initiative to make it the way you want.
