These resource deposits are in battlezone instances right? If that means that they aren't persistant, I wonder how the holding of a resource deposit in a battlezone will translate to an advantage in the persistant world. Obviously you can't have someone sitting there occupying the zone at all times.

Technically it could work if there are timed battles for the resources like in RFO, every 8th hour or so. Still, that remains to be seen

Nick, you know you miss the sexy days of outdoor Town raiding. Remember back in the Betas when we used to raid Booty bay -> Rachet -> Cross Roads? I remember that and well... that was the funnest time i ever had in WoW

The 120 player cap seems like a number that they might have made up for a press release. There aren't very many concrete details on the game at all, and to come up with a number like that doesn't make any sense when little else about the game is known. I'm sure at E3 they'll confirm/update the number to whatever they're planning.

I love it when ppl hate you for being right and just stating that point lol.
Listen up Copenhagen, I know it hurts when you keep poking at something you hear is wrong from others but just accept the fact, its part of being a man.

Well someone correct me if i'm wrong but...
In PlanetSide I think its like 200 people per fight...seems like it used to be 500 but they reduced it. I don't know maybe its only 150 and it used to be 250. That Ain't going to be nothing like the fight I've had in Planet side. They are making it sound like its going to be a battle that resets after who ever wins gains or holds the most lunarites or what its called. How can that be persistent?

Id guess the fact that its less ppl in Huxley than PS is the fact of graphics being heavier.
They mean that the world is persistent through you getting to keep your levels. The battle zone map will also be persistent though the perks of holding the lunarites will probably last for a set amount of time until the next batch unlocks for everyone to fight over. So inbetween "lunarite wars" there will be just regular PvP-ing for fun I guess.
