Where did you hear this? If it's going to be that way, I hope they'll do it like Tabula Rasa, letting you save your character so you'll be able to go back to that moment if you made a decision you regret, without having to start over.

Ya, I agree with Grind, you should be able to pick your own server, for instance what if a friend was on a server that you weren't signed up on?
Secondly, I also agree that the teams should always be balanced good vs. evil not good vs. blah.... Third, what is the price every month, I don't like spending much money, it's kinda a turn off, but I hope the benefits outweigh the money Relic

Well if it would be like somebody mentioned before that you will start of with same stats like any other player and only in prograss choose your path to the class you want. Then you would understand what you want to be and be only that cause you like it best. If so then im fine with only 1 character per server, otherwise not.
About the pvp system i bet there will be lvl limits for battlegrounds like in WoW or rank limits like in Americas Army. Cause if there wont be any it would simply be unfair to low lvl players. Unless the high lvls wont get many points when they kill low lvls, and if low lvls kills high lvl he gets nice amount of points, but for me it would be enough with lvl/rank limits.

So the low levels would have to fight in the battlefields closer to the main city and the higher levels can go further out to fight other high levels. They did say though, that high levels won't be able to easily dominate a lower level player. They don't do a static amount of more damage, but they have more abilities to use that can make the fight easier for them. |

Well since in the video the guy said that "If you have kick ass weapon you can give it to a low lvl player which he otherwie wouldnt be able to get in exchange he will join your clan" this means that in cities there wont be any limits, on fields of battle there might. Maybe there will be lvl limit that a player that is 5 lvls higher then high target cant attack the target or something like that.

I do believe the 1 character per server limit is because Webzen did make it sound like armor/weapons would NOT be soulbound.
Twinking is ridiculous. Have you ever played level 19 Warsong? Hahaha. By the way, Benny boy, should have leveled that rogue. Before the expansion I was in full t3/t2, had both an epic set of daggers and an epic set of swords. Pretty much kill anything in one shot man. PvP wise, that is. (I ranked to Leau Commander for the stamina armor before starting my raiding.) Then the expansion came, I leveled to 65 before realizing it was exactly the same crap as before. So I peaced out. I think my guild blacklisted me for it. They spent a long time outfitting me. So I have no reason to go back now! But I really don't miss it. |

Anyhow i really do hope there wouldn't be any BoP or BoE (BoP = Bind of Pick up and BoE = Bind on equipment) Who ever came up with that idea is the most stupid person. Having BoP and BoE is the worse things i ever seen in games, wont lets you have anything from other players. Most of the things for trade are not items but things that are used for different classes and proffesions, so BoP and BoE? NO THANKS!!!

Well there was a theory discussed earlier on forums, don't remember which topic but still. That when you start out the only thing you choose is if you are to be Male or Female and which race, of caurse your nickname too.
While you gain exp and go up in lvl you choose stuff you like, which detemines what you like and at some stage you choose the calss that you want to be cause you like those weapons the best. That will lead you to the best satisfaction of you choices, cause you choose waht and how all the time and in the end you can't get wrong. If it is like this then it's great cause like that you wouldn't be doubting if you want a bazooka or a sniper rifle or maybe some other fency ass weapon :P Same goes for skills. Once again that was a theory that was discussed. Have seem a system like this one in other game, "R.O.S.E online".

to get back to ganking, i hope, like most games with pvp, they will have a system to where you kill someone you will either get 0 points for killing him/her within so much time, or it lowers how much you get per kill, then after 10 or so times of killing them while being in that specific zone you get 0 points for like 1 hour or some larger number.
However in the game i am playing atm CoX ( CoH/CoV ) i gank anyone that sits in the hospital in a specific zone and whines/cries/trash talks, but you have a timer of 10 minutes before you get rep or bounty off them ( bounty is only for that one zone, the players on the respected sides with the highest bounty are the opposite sides target and have their location on their maps ) which could also be another idea for the bounty thread...but i will get there later...anyway needless to say the ones you gank 40 times over get pissed, petition a GM trying to get you kicked or w/e and then leave. Besides who said it will be easy for someone to gank the same person over and over and over again, i mean its not like your going to get to teleport them to you, stun/fear them, placate and then 2 shot...rinse and repeat at least 20 times P.S. if you play CoX, /tell @turrican1, play on triumph...we can have a ganking party with my stalker =D

Ok, I have read somehweres.....not within the confines of the walls of HuxleyGame Forums (meaning it was official or something), that NPC's could take the place of missing players. Not only that, a certain device will allow a player to summon a hybrid as a pet for a short time- or something like that.
Trust me, having equal numbers won't mean jack when it's a 100 versus 50 guys with mind controlled hybrids.

i can understand the 1 player thing. when i played another mmofps when we planed a clan wide action (territorial war) we would preposition capped geared alts and get on our mains. once the main died it was a matter of relogging to your alt and continueing the fight while your clan mates held it down. You could rez key players with a healer alt then go back to your attack alt. It was quit dumb
