you've got to get your story straight... Tabula Rasa didn't die couse of it being P2P... it died couse it lacked the element of high lvl content. i played TR since it was launched and i hit lvl 50 (final lvl) in 3 months...(and yes i am a powerleveling player, 10-12 hours a day!!!) and sudently... that was it... i had nothing else to do except pvp all the time or maybe lvl up an alt toon! my entire clan withdraw from the game just for that. we were promised patches with more and more content... that never came! i've posted another reply on a different thread that said exactly this "in Tabula Rasa i did had all hardware and connection in respectfull amounts but the server maintenance and the support in general was minimal if not none at all!" i stayed loyal to the game, but it let me down! anyways i will never forget TR for as long as i live! it gave me the best 1 year of my mmo playing experiance so far!

for the children thing... i think that we all have nothing against them. it's the childish behavior that we dislike... that can even come out from grown up men from times to times... with other words the noobish behavior! in TR my leader was a 16 years old nerd that was born to lead !! that guy still amazes me 'couse we play other games together still.. and i met him online on TR. some kids just take sh!t to seriously and i like that!!!!!!

honestly now... i am 23... i have a job on my own... i dont have a problem to pay a monthly fee for a game as long as it is fun to play. if i had a choice i would ofcourse prefer not to pay for it every single month! but you see... everything is telling me that this game is just to awesome to be F2P... i mean come on it's first of all huge(!) from every aspect and secondly it's an mmo... wich means a lot of servers having to be online 24/24!! they have to come up with some very revolutionary technology to make this thing F2P... to just make servers "uncrashable"!

i can tell you stories from my experience on TR that will just blow your mind away... oh god i realy miss it... i was there at the final count down you know, until we all got the "server disconnected" message! we were all together, the last of us in Foreas base in Concordia, talking to gms and then... no more TR... brings tears...

man i envy you really.. god i wish that game was still alive.. i've decided im' playing huxley on launch, not missing this...

the other mmo i'm interested in, The Agency.. on launch.. i'm not risking missing out on a gem like tabula rasa again.

who ever says P2P makes the kids go away never played a p2p mmo... WoW has them, EQ has them,ect,ect,ect plus Ijji's statement is to make every game they have F2P

well p2p doesnt make kiddies go away but it certainly helps keep the number slightly down. in some of the free games i play i wonder if i'm the oldest person ever to touch it sometimes :-/ (21 if your wondering)

hi all i also was a avid player of tr had 5 level 50,s played the game for 8 months.i was just reading on a different web site the reason for the games failure was lack of support and advertizing on ncsoft behalf as we speak richard garitte the creator of tabula raza is now sueing ncsoft for 24 million. lol a nother good game bites the dust
