Linux Support?

Hi,

I'm wondering whether or not there will be linux support for Huxley. I'm guessing there won't be any native support for it but I was hoping it would be possible to run Huxley through wine or similar means.

Hi and welcome to the forums badn, as far as I know there won't be any Linux-support but to be honest I haven't looked into the matter that much. Hopefully someone else here has some more information.

That is an interesting point, I know people are still wondering about MAC support which I hope they will cover as it is an MMO and for an MMO to be successful it needs to be available on as many platforms as possible.

I have tried playing World of Warcraft through an emulator on Linux before and it seemed pretty fine so I hope it will be the same for Huxley.

I'll just pray it'll work for now then, since most games do fairly well I don't see why this wouldn't.

I always wanted to try GNU/Linux. I have no clue why I haven't done that from the beginning, but I am looking forward to going dual boot with it. I'll def give it a try very soon. Thanks for the links.
