I really don't care if there is ingame music or not. If you don't like it then turn it off and listen to your own in the background. I really don't think that it will be a big problem if there is ingame music or if there isnt. I personally don't mind because if the music is junk then I just turn it off.

Default Ipod in one ear... game music in the other

yea... im listnin to my ipod in one ear, and the game music through the speakers...
b/c in most RPG type games, the music will change to a hard jazz type when an enemy begins to attack you, and if you have your music "full blast" you may not even know youve died.... (happened 2 times in Starwars galaxies - AS A JEDI - and on my third and last life... i figured the ol "ipod in one ear, speakers thorough the other...)

l8r guys

i dont normally do this but sometimes i play my own music over the top with quickplayer

On my 360 I have my own playlists...nothing like modern country when shooting the hell out of something. Though there are other things on it; like I've come to associate the song "Pinball Wizard" by The Who with the game Chromehounds...

that would be sweet if they had some crazy techno when the fighting gets super intense. I mean so crazy that while we all stop fighting, and we're just sit there and listen to it. And we're like "what the hell is that playing in the backround??" "I can't even understand what is going on"

That would be sweet

Looks like they'll have some sort of epic orchestra music. But I'm still curious about if they'll have more.

The epic classical stuff can be good, but it seems a little too RPG style for Huxley. Sure Huxley has lots of RPG qualities, but when I'm blasting away in a FPS, I don't know if i'll like to always listen to that kind of thing (maybe sometimes but hopefully they'll change it up).

Or maybe depending on the battlefield that your fighting in, they'll have different types of music. Like more techno style music for city fighting, and classical for more open maps, and metal for like...every map :D

Sure it's easy to put my own music on, but if they can make the game flow well with the music (more intense music when your fighting etc.) it has the potential to make our gaming experience even better

Its done by the same composer that did the soundtracks for Gears of War and Unreal Tournament 2004/UT3 so its going to be good.
