Huxley Game, Massively Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter Game, MMOFPS

Ok first off I know this is supposed to be a FPS, with emphasis on the shooter. However I wonder if they put a few melee weapons in the game for finishers or if you run outa ammo.

Im almost positive they will have a melee attack with your gun becuase most games like this do(or should).

But are melee weapons completely ruled out?

I doubt every gun will have a melee option like COD2 but i bet some will and if none do i bet there is at least one melee weapon

I wouldn't be sure about Huxley having a melee attack with guns. It is going to use an Unreal Tournament engine, and most guns in those games do not have a melee function.

People need to stop thinking UT-MMO edition. It is not, its Huxley. Yes its using the new Unreal engine and yes it will from the videos etc seem to have a lot in common but if they dicide they want melee weapons, there will be melee weapons. They want to make it so bunnyhopping like a mofo isnt an option, they can do that too.

Thas not to say they wil do anything like that but they could, the engine does not affect that, it will have an UT 'look to it' and possibly many other similar features, but to say UT doesnt have it so Huxley wont is short sighted indeed.

Every Unreal game has had either a melee weapon or a weapon with recharging (unlimited) ammo. It doesn't make sense for a shooter game to leave you without anything to fight with.

maybe something like in gears of war, where the gun has a chainsaw attached, but only for the massive guns that the big boyz carry

I agree i was makin a joke tho lol but ok any ways but that knife pic is im pretty sure a throwing knife look at the handle and how small the blade is so do a lil bit bigger one plus its all made out of metal

It is, i googled ninja knife and that was one. Looked like a good knife to carry around in huxley.
