Hey i was sitting here thinking what the music in huxley would be like i wonder if it will be like wow with the high pitch music "OhhHHHHH" may-b but ill proopley mute it and play my own... hey do you think they will allow you to listen to a radio in the cars??..

Well as long as it is not any kind of classic of heavy metal I can say I am happy with whatever, Oh yeah and for sure no cheap sounding techno musip :P

i think orchestrated war music would do pretty good (a-la LOTR)

would be nice if the game would let you possible let you upload your own music so when your driving around you can listen to your own musical tastes. * thinks of listening to flight of the valkeries while flying around in a ship * that'd be nice ^^

or a mixture of types music. Kinda like firefly, so a mix of western influence and asian to give a very unique taste.

I think ambient trance/techno would suit the best for post apocaliptic setting.
mmm I usually turn music off on all me games anyhow so meh :roll:

Ya, I hope the music will be cool, sometimes it is nice to listen to music on a huge battle, sometimes its not.

well think about it if you can tune in to an internet radio when your in a car and you have to buy a cd player and headphone to listen to when fighting... but when you get in battle the music will just change to a evil type thing... well this is teh future....

For the most part, I'll likely just have some ambience techno/trance playing in the background on winamp when I'm in the cities, but turn it off when I'm fighting.

I suspect, however, that the music will have some techno aspects to it, or maybe, like Athrus said, some instrumental war music (or both).

I must agree with that, this way you wont get bored of the same tracks beacause its radio, and everyone can have his own kind of music. And of course getting a Huxley radio would be even more awesom. :lol:

hopfully there will be meaning behind the music that plays, like i would be roflmao if when you hoped in a tank or plane or what not thats over powered and the "dirty little secret song" from the "all american rejects" came on...

realisticly the first thing i usualy do though is turn off all music crank up the volume (so i can hear when people are creaping around) and log on a team speak server.... that or i plug my ipod in and make my ears blead while i tear peoples heads off.... whichever...

I kinda like the Planet Side music to an extent.

although given the story line of the game and the setting and all...i'm think some type of grungy techno/digitally mixed music will be in play here. Maybe some type of synthized modern type rock sounds.
