Whatsup guys, ex Planetside member here.

Figured I'd go ahead and register so I can get in on the grapevine from people who might've had the opp. to check out huxley at E32006. Looking foward to the game. Looks like the fall release date was too good to be true and it appears that we will all have to play world of warcraft until sometime in 2007 (god help us).

Anyways just wanted to say whatsup and drop badnews on ya'll cause I hadn't seen the newest stuff posted here.

Shouldn't be a surprise, since there's been no beta testing at all even mentioned, and this type of game will likely need even more beta testing than usual since it's trying to incorporate a new approach to the gameplay.

I'm still guessing summer next year at the earliest.

That is an Xbox site though and the xbox version is planned to be released about 6 months after the PC one. So that was always going to be in 2007.

As for beta testing if the company is mainly in the asian market most of it will be handled over there until they start stress testing it which by then they'll have an almost complete game.

Sadly you maybe right there Saint, they may not have US beta test at all... but let us hope they do, otherwise we will have to bring a crap load of people over to their office and start a riot in their lobby.... hehe Force them into Beta US.
