Aside from being higher resolution, isn't the trailer on that E3 site longer with more footage than the previous released ones?

yeah from what i can tell, although my wmplayer is f**ked so i cant load it up properly and when it does it jerks even with buffering.

Anyone got an alternate download site?

Okay now its just completely screwed I got sound but no video?? weird

I jerked a bit with mine too, although let it run in the background a few times - on my 3rd viewing it was pretty smooth.

Okay eventually got it to run, ended up having to download the stream and run it off the hard drive.

Very nice vid showing the full length of the fight, also showing the mutant actually controlling the others actions, and ofcourse the sniper taking her out at the end.

Yea stream recording is the best way to view this movie, since it's hosted in Korea and is so huge. It's also the only way to really do it justice by being able to pause on certain frames and look at the detail they've got in place.

How can I directly download it from that link? I tried save-as, but it just streams it again :( My player just plays it real jerky.

I just used VLC players stream record option. But there are a few programs out there, i dont think wmplayer has one built in though.

You can get VLC here http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ , I personally use it over wmplayer since it doesnt require many system resources to run, and i run a dual screen system so it always helps to free up some processor power.

But yeah you can see the detail alot clearer once you've downloaded it, the video is in very high rez, truely shows what the engine is capable of if this is indeed ingame grpahics.

Why can't I find any cool new information on gamespot/gamespy/ign/gamershell/1up for Huxley. They seem to have no interest in Huxley. No radical new trailers (except that one extended movie), not too many new screens, no interviews, no new previews, no ....
I want more huxley stuff. I am getting the feeling huxley just isn't any good because noone is showing anything :'(

Huxley hasnt realesed any of the info yet.

I'm guessing as the show goes on and after they'll probably release the demo to the masses and we can all get a taste of whats its going to be like.

Can anyone make a downloadable version of the movie? I tried to figure out how to use that VLC player and it's too 1337 for me. I usually don't have a problem with that kinda stuff, but when I'd try to record it'd only record the first like 5 secs and then stop.

im attempting the same at the moment,

as far as i can tell - you load up the network stream option in the file menu

put the address given above in the input http/mms section,
tick the stream output box, click settings
and in the file textbox put something like c:\huxley.wmv

click ok, click ok again, and wait, and wait, and wait some more...
takes ages to download the file from webzen....

1.Open up VLC

2.File>Wizard...

3.Select Transcode/save to file > Next

4.In the box enter:

mms://wzmms.nefficient.co.kr/muvod/WebzenGames/vod/ E3_2006_Huxley_playmovie.wmv

5.Skip the next couple of boxes till you get to one saying Select a file to save to. Enter in the name you want followed by .wmv for the filename.

6.Click finish and it should start saving it, you'll see the bar move along, just leave it running till it gets to the end and bobs your uncle, and fanny's your aunt you got the movie.
