Default Huxley - P2P??

Will Huxley be P2P where you hafta pay monthly like WoW, will it be completely free to d.l, or will it be like Guild Wars where you pay for the product from a retailer but there are no monthly fees? I would hope for no P2P, I would instead hope for the Guild Wars-like payment.

Default Pay To Play

Well to be honest nobody knows for sure at the moment, Anything can change but looking at the game it looks such a good quality game I can imagine it will be pay to play and I am sure it will not be a free download.

This is not fact but just my guess is looking at the type of game and how it looks.

As they always say, ''You get what you pay for''

Default Aww

Man, I hope not. They could still make a great game if they had you pay for the game at stores, but not pay for it monthly. That would be great, cause WoW isn't much better than Guild Wars. Graphics are just as good, but I guess gameplay is slightly better in WoW, but not worth $15 a month or w.e it currently is a month.

tbh i think GW sucked, grapics pretty good, but gameplay was boring and tooo quick for the whole game, completed it sooo quickly (ages ago now i cant really remeber lol) WoW at least adds stuff with new patches etc...
and the expansion coming out, what has GW added? except fixing gliches and adding a small area because servers were getting to crowed

guild wars is a pretty simple game thats why it can afford to be free whereas this game looks like itll be pretty complex and have way better graphics so i highly doubt it will be free. it'll cost but hopefully itll be worth it.

I dunno, if they are instanceing as much as it looks like they are it might not be as costly as we thought. WoW is so hard to maintian because the whole world is persistent (save dungeons). Everyones questing on the same ground. It looks like everyone shares the same city in this game!!! btw...thats gonna be really lame if all the races share a city, talk about killing the hate for each other.

I'd hope it is Pay 2 Play, like other games that were worth it, EQ, WoW, AC, L2, etc, good games while they lasted. Unlike GW, non p2p, I played it and got so bored of it, the instanced everything got old very quick, I could never step out and lend a helping hand, insted go tot own and ask idles if they need help...

For the pc you can be 99% sure that the answer is yes, there will be a monthly fee. For xbox it remains to be seen, since it won't be a direct port from the PC. What it will be exactly remains to be seen.

I would much rather pay more than usual one of thing like GW (?40-?60) than P2P.. but seeing as huxley looks to be amazing i wont mind it being P2P as long as its not rediculous

If it's P2P for PC, it will be P2P for the 360.

As far as whether or not Huxley goes P2P. . .in my opinion, it could go either way. I wouldn't really mind one or the other, either.

I think the main reason why GW's wasnt p2p was because it used alot less bandwidth than other titles of the genres. If this game isnt p2p I would be very surprised, and also worried

Ok WoW is only better than GW because of the PvE. IF GW was givin giant new patches ever month like WoW it owuld smoke WoW. The main focus on the game though is its PvP system. It has attracted many new RPG fans that dont have the time ,like most of you nerd bombs, To spend all this time working on their characters development. Most serious GW players are their only for the PvP. GW PvE is pretty lacking, anyone can beat it in a day with alot of effort. The PvP system was done super kick ass. I have compared to WoW and GW, and again GW doesnt take that much time to figure out (like most FPS). Unlike WoW where it takes time and effort to learn and get better at that gay shit.
