Huxley Game, Massively Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter Game, MMOFPS

Wish i could go shame i got my uni exams right in the middle of it, well for the whole week. Not that i'd be able to get in, let alone get a ticket.

So what do you think we'll see at E3 for huxley, we already know that along with SUN its going to be the main focus of Webzens booth, but to what extent:

[]In game footage
[]Beta announcements
[]Guns... lots of guns

They have already said they will have a playable version of the game at e3. I too wish I was going. Getting in isn't really that difficult, it's getting the time off and the money for the trip that was my problem...No way my wife would let me go again!

This is the e3 to go to though. Quake Wars: Enemy Territory, Huxley, UT2007, Nintendo Wii/Revolution/Whatever it's called, and the PS3. Also the next Battlefield game...just to name a few of the great ones that will be on display..

how is getting in not that hard? Dont you have to be a member of the press?

Nah, you don't have to be a member of the press. I worked for a computer manufacturer/retailer at one point and working for them got me in. You can even get in if your a student going to college. You won't be able to get into this years E3 though, you needed to have registered months ago. I even got in for free! I scheduled a family vacation at the same time and in the same area and my brother in law and I went. I just scanned my paycheck and edited his name and address into it and they gave him a pass.

You do have to be 18+ to get in though, no exceptions.

It's held in LA, but you have to get your tickets months in advance. And I totally agree with you about the "Wii" *nintendo, wtf were you thinking!?!*. something tells me this is going to be their last system (home system at least) /tear.

Publicity - cost = higher profits

Think about it, I know on other posts it been said, NITENDO DID THIS TO GET MORE ATTENTION FOR THEIR SYSTEM. So you are all just spreading the publicity as there is no such thing as bad publicity, how many of you thought you would get the system after it had been named Wii just to see how bad it was?

Yeh, nobody was talking about Nintendo's system going into E3... or if they were it was on the back burner. The system hasn't changed AT ALL except in name, yet I guarantee it will have many more people interested now simply due to that difference.

The real question now is whether they'll keep that name or change it to something else. Plenty of systems go through a number of name changes before being finalized (Dolphin, Dural and Katana, etc).

Hmm where did you get that reference? From VGcats? From what I heard from some magazines who actually tried it out that it was actually pretty fun to use. Though you can't always trust magazines *shakes his fist at them* And from what I been hearing they provide a normal type of controller with the package for those who don't want to use the dild... I mean controller stick thingies.
