Is there any word on a Third Person camera?

I dont think they will have a third person camera because it is a FIRST PERSON SHOOTER but u neva know they jusy might have 1

well planetside is considered an fps, but have third person, along with tons of of other "fps." Usually a 3rd person shooter, can't really think of any, means its soley 3rd person. FPS is meant to be played in fps, but can have 3rd person. But to answer your orignal question, its very possible. Most games have it to where u can switch or at least adjust the camera.

I perfer 3rd, but 1st is fine.

On the FPS =/= TPS note, Star Wars Battlefront is classified as a "FPS" but it's main focus is 3rd (you can go into FPV, but its sucky, IMO).

As in the UE3.0 demo, 3rd in vehicles, 1st on foot. You can prb switch though for excample if you play a squad leader role and need to see around you.
