Huxley Game, Massively Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter Game, MMOFPS

All these movies that are out right now are basically scripted CG movies using ingame assets and in some cases look like heavily modified in-game scenes (the slow mo, the direction and cinematography)...

What I want to see is straight in-game battles. PVP and PVE. no editing, no scripted fights (well PVE is scripted possibly).

I'd really like to know if this is going to be as fast as UT2k4 style gameplay or if it's going to be slower a la Planetside.

I've read some previews about how battle zones work and I'm a little fuzzy on some things at the moment but it would be really great to see actual "clans" or whatever playing the game.

E3. Expect a mixture between Unreal and Quake, much faster and more skill based than Planetside.

I hear ya Isurus. Unforunately, we will have to wait until E3 to get what we want. Last time I checked the game will be a mix of UT2k4 with some tactical elements incorporated into it.

jeez Isurus, I told ya, wait until E3. Until then, you won't be seeing much, if at all, any new Information, let alone footage, of Huxley. Sad but true

ya there is like no skill involved in planetside. All ppl do is run through and spam the best gun possible and try to get kills. At least thats what i experienced

And there's a chance that I'll win the lottery, lol. We can only hope for early footage.
I expect to see a new, high production value, high rez video come out at the start of E3, and then towards the end they'll do a show of in-game combat. The game is slated for release soon, and so far we've seen the same handfull of player models. Hopefully the in-game footage will fix that.

My money is on 2 videos (or more) from E3. One CG video (possibly the official intro movie. The next would be down to earth gameplay and combat, as well as demonstrating the action the game provides.
