Hey does anyone know anything about classes and races in Huxley, I thought I heard something about 3 different sides rather than 2 but I really can't remember.

3 sides and 2 are playable the Humans are called the Sapeins and the other is the alternative,and the NPC aliens are called hybread.

I heard something about classes something like Assault,spec ops,driver,pilot,things like that but that is only talk from other people.

As far as I can make out from various sources it's looking like this:

Sapiens

Sapien: One
Sapien: Syn

Alternatives

Alternative: Alteraver
Alternative: Alternix

Hybrids - NPC - unplayable

Commander
Scourge

I'm just taking a stab at the Hybrids, as the footage of the game only ever shows 2 sub-species.

From these main races and sub-races the various classes are going to emerge with one race or sub-race being better at certain things than others (as per normal RPG standards).

I.e. The Alternative Alteraver sure looks like its a "Tank" character whereas the cool looking Alternix with white eyes look more like a stealth/assasin type.

Anyway, thats my take on things.

I am thinking of making a start on the pages about the races and classes, I just want to make sure they will be known as races and classes, What do you think?

I dont think we can make any final results as we dont have enough information yet all we know so far is the races i havent heard anything for the classes as of yet.

The sub-races according to the gspy preview will be your standard "tough" and the more specialsit agile/stealth classes.

There was also chatter about players being able to jump into control of the hybrids and fight against the other races, but not toactually have a hybrid character, just when bored or looking for a quick fix kind of thing.

This would be totally hot when youve got 45 mins between work and class......and u just want to slaughter someone without the annoyance of being mandated to do things by your buddies.......and then missing class haha

i actule read on Gspy that the 3rd race , the mutants, may NOT be completely unplayable, but when Gspy asked they made some vauge comments and ect.
