Play both versions PC & 360 on one account?

Im going to get Huxley for the PC for keyboard/mouse support but I would also like to be able to play every now and then on my Xbox 360 since it should be able to play smooth at max details and play on my big HDTV.

My question is will you be able to play both the PC and 360 Huxley with one subscription or does each have its own account system?

I really hope so otherwise I think they will not make as much money as they could. People will have to decide on what Huxley to get, the 360 or PC version instead of both whitch would mean more $$$.

Id think no, that would mean you could share your account for the Xbox to friend so he could play for free. It would be a money sink in the long run for the company.

I don't see any reason why not. If somebody has an Xbox and PC and they want to play their character on either one, they might as well let them. They might have to pay double subscriptions, but they'd have access to the same character. Perhaps accounts could have a PC and Xbox subscription tied to them or something.

Thats another thing though, I think he/she asked about the money issue.

Though joint servers wont work, at least not PC - Xbox360, maybe the other way around though. Theres both hardware and software problems involved and the unfairness of the mouse setup for the PC

I think Ive read or heard, that servers will not be joined cause of these issues. THIS IS A GUESS NOT ACTUAL FACTS.

Anyhow, it does seem like a bad idea to join servers, and it's not likely that many people would want to have the same character on Xbox AND PC, but if Webzen can get some more money for it, then it wouldn't suprise me to see "mixed" servers where people can connect from both platforms or something. (For a higher cost, of course.)

They would be able to make it so your account can only be logged on at once on either the 360 or PC version im sure.

I wouldint mind having to use the same character that I made to play on the PC on the 360 version unless the two games are a lot different but I dont think that will be the case. Anyways im sure you will be able to make more then one character per account.

Unfortunatly, its gonna be 2 different games and different servers. Im willing to eat my hat on this one if Im wrong.


Remember, if somethings tricky in making an online game, it most likely will not be implemented. Its how it always is, they have enough on their regular schedule to try n keep the game on track.

My friend says for FFXI online you could switch between the PC and PS2 version with one subscription account and you just use the same characters you have made on your account for either platform. But your account could only be loged on to one system at once either the ps2 or pc.


So after hearing that I think its very possible Huxley will be the same, I hope so anyways. Otherwise im going to have to choose only one version to buy ( for PC ) instead of both and they wont get as much money then cause im sure most people would do the same.

Oh well we will see what happens, either way I cant wait for this game to come out :D

Ive never heard anything about that and I doubt it. Can anyone confirm that?

Secondly, MMORPGs are very different from FPSs which adds to my doubt about it happening to Huxley.
