Well if the races are at war outpost or respawn points mite be whats out there to be taken. Objectives in the outland that must be taken by force and held. I dont mind fighting all day over a piece of property if the battle is good.

would be great if clans could have there own base's or outposts. NG's should be able to put mines or spawn tubes ect around buildings in the war zone. would get a kick out of holding out with half my squad a small building for a few hours till the othere half of us get back with ammo and food, you better have to eat in this game or i will hate it. would also be call to write on the wall something like 38th RN " gunners palce " or something . I mean even if there was'nt a fire fight the whole time would be good roleplay and the fear of bing hit or a bombing raid. yet agin better be aircraft, not that i want to be in one but it's a good counter to infanty. I am sure i'm a bit hardcore for some even more so because i am buying it for the 360 but we can'nt be the only ones right?

There will be no fighting in the cities or the player owned blocks. Forts inside the battle zones is something else though and remains to be seen if itll happen.

Well, if you are gonna hate this game if you dont have to eat, you are probably gonna really hate this game. I doubt there will even be food.

I think it would be a good idea to have outposts that can be fought over to earn some cash for the clan coffers. The only problem I see is Ninjaing, that was a big problem In Neocron.
A clan would spend hours fighting to control an outpost, another clan would wait for evreyone to go to bed and just hack it. In the end the devs made it so you had to have 3 different hackers and it took a long time to hack, and made it so the clan could GenRep (teleport) in without penalty to stats. I think maybe if there were outposts, the terminals which need to be hacked would only come online during Peak Times, a sort of time lock, a window for the opposing clan to try their luck. When the clan set foot in the fort every clan member would be alearted and it would be down to the leaders to organise a counter assault on their territory.

Depending on where you are in the Battle Zone, you'll have different objectives. Some parts of the map will incorporate capture-the-flag elements -- defending your forward base from assault, for instance -- while others will have you battling it out on the main island to capture resource nodes in order to meet the win quota. Of course, capturing resources means having to physically transport them to your faction's resource depot (which is located on a separate island) so expect to encounter some heavy resistance along the way.
While all the disparate areas mentioned above -- the islands housing the forward bases and resource depots, as well as the large island with resources nodes and the main base -- will be located on different servers, the same principle behind traveling from city to Battle Zone applies. You won't experience any load times while traveling between them, and in fact, you'll still be able to communicate with your team, as well as receive any important metagame orders from the high-ranked players regardless of where you are in the Battle Zone. It all sounds pretty lofty, but if the team behind Huxley can deliver on this, then we're in for some pretty crazy battles. And strange as it may sound, Huxley Studio is planning to allow individual clans control highly-contested, albeit smaller, Battle Zones. "If a clan wins over a specific territory through battle (maybe a Lunarite mine on a small island), they can accumulate wealth [with which] to buy vehicles and awesome housing for its members," Kang assured us. We're not sure where these areas would fit in context of the game's larger structure, but it sure seems like a great incentive for player-made organizations to get, um, organized.
