Anyone know if there is going to be Bhopping in huxley? There is in quake and stuff, and it has the same engine, so I imagine there would be, hopefully.

Yes there will be. Huxley is like a UT MMO unfortunately. See the thread below named "Anyone else bothered by the term 'Twitch' FPS" or w/e it is.
