Huxley Game, Massively Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter Game, MMOFPS

Will we be able to use melee in this game?

If we have to buy ammo then wouldn't melee be required? Or are there ammo crates for basic types of ammo?

And if there is melee, will we be gun bashing? Or do we get lazer knives or sticks with spear heads at the end?

I believe webzen plans on having something like 8 or 9 different melee weapons. As to what they are, I have no idea. I think they ruled out the basic knife though, along with grenades (yeah grenades aren't melee but just fyi :D)

yeah haha, I'm sure there will be enough rockets and grenade launchers being shot all over the place so doing without regular grenades will probably be a good idea.

Apparently there are going to be mines though, so there is always that lovely random explosion at your feet to look forward to :D. I haven't seen any in the gameplay videos but I think I read it in an interview.

I'm actually really curious to see what kind of melee weapons they will have. They could really do anything, like swords, crazy laser spears, maybe even a shield just for blocking stray bullets or something. Who knows?

so many possibilities lol

Well if they never make them,I am sure they allow us to remove our shoes and beat each other senseless with with em'.That would be cool.

I'm pretty sure the crazy armored shoes in Huxley could do some damage so I wouldn't mind that at all lol. Or maybe they'll just let people go at it with their fists.

That way if two people run out of ammo while they're fighting they could just turn it into a straight up fist fight. That would be fun to watch :D

I wont be too bothered if Melees not in it, wont make much of a difference.

It's just fun to not be totally useless if you run out of ammo.

Say you and a friend sprayed all your ammo away and you're both stuck being some rock with a few enemies headed your way. You can't get away to find an ammo pickup so you decide to wait until they get close enough and then beat the hell out of them.

Or you just charge in swinging and hope for the best

Plus it's always nice to get a melee kill against someone who isn't paying attention.

AAAaaaaan of course it would be fun to get your whole clan together and tell them to use only melee weapons

Imagine a bunch of crazy enforcers with big sledge hammers charging at you.

Nothing more scary than that Grind,But how bout a Entie 100vs100 melee fight.Then some ****hole comes in with a minigun....Good times.

hahaha yeah there is bound to be those few who want to run in and "pwnzor" everyone with their guns. That is until they get a few kills and then see that everyone starts to focus on them lol.

It would be fun to see the difference in tactics that an all melee squad would use vs a regular squad using their guns.

Everything would be so different and it would be cool to see all the crazy strats used to get the enemy into melee range.

My idea,Scream your lungs out into the headset and charge up the middle Rambo style.

In other sense get the others to shield you from the bullets.And i would love to see All 99 players gang up on this one guy with a Minigun revving at max,If only to see his expression....

Exactly hahaha. Not much you can do when there are swarms of giant masses of metal flying at you.

I wonder if they'll have a rank or special title for someone who gets a bunch of melee kills. That would be sweet

It would pretty awsome if you run out of any weapon (ammo?) you can take your shoes of and throw them at people...that'll show em'

Then we could all pretend like we were in the movies. Since in movies they always seem to throw their gun on the ground when they run out of ammo. We would just be throwing it at someones face lol

And I wonder where the laces are on metal shoes. Are they metal laces? or do they have zippers for easy access? The possibilities are endless
