I haven't read about this anywhere, yet I see big guilds gathering.
Is there any word on how will the clan/guild system be implemented? For PvE and PvP the question is the same: will you need a guild of aprox 40 active members, 120 or just clans of 5 players? I personally hope both will be available since I come from a FPS background with experience in MMORPG's. The teamplay you get with a group of 40 ppl isn't near the level of a group of 5, at the same time killing pve-bosses is far more challenging with 40 ppl. /Deadlock

Theres either a minimum cap based on levels/money/members(present at creation) or a lesser combination of either.
Depending on how deep the game goes into it, itll either be ingame squads and ranks or as most guilds do; apply their own rank and squad systems.

yes, but info on how it will be designed is not available, What I'm wondering is if a clan of 5 ppl will be able to do pve aswell as pvp on a regular basis or if they have to join up with a guild to be able to get access to all ingame content

Well a clan and a guild is the same thing and if you can start a clan ingame with 5 ppl then yes you will have access to it all.
Otherwise regular grouping is what you gotta do.

Expect a great job by the devs dealing with clans/guilds/outfits just because of what they have said so far...most likely there will be a large team based set of missions and fighting where everyman has to do their job...
Unlike planetside where me and 2-3 others can hold a Tower against 20+ TR or VS
