For those of you who have known about huxley for less than a year to 6 months.

Alright.

Webzens Huxley info site says that the game will come out 2007. Well guess what, it's said that for almost a year and one half. It said that when they said 2006.
It also says that the website is coming soon. (Hopefully it has, we don't know though). It has said THAT for almost two years.
All of the info you're posting from articles and all that.. it's old news. No new news has come out about Huxley since E62006, please stop posting articles. Discussion is cool and all, definitley encouraged, just stop spamming.

FGT has been done - Official forum has been released - Closed Beta is suposed to come out in a month or two

Wrong Brene it has been officially sated by Webzen in serveral recent accounts that the betas will begin later this year and most likely be ready for retail by early next year... looks like your the one who needs to do some homework and what not, because many threads have been started about these finds.

Closed Beta by definition usually means that only a select few are allowed to enter or the game test are done on premises of the companies choosing. Thus, if the company owned a football stadium - games would be held in there and only those with tickets can enter and they are usually locals.

Korean company looks to -Korean Gamers who live in -Korea because it's - Local, allowing easy - Communication.

Once open Beta starts -----that's when we get to have fun.

Besides having been in closed beta only gives you minor bragging rights. Honestly, who cares? It's better to do open beta because most of the bugs will have been fixed and allowing more people to play will help test what these "super servers" can really do.

And that's my 2 cents.

For many MMOs they get their closed beta testers from the active community -- ie people posting and communicating with each other and with the admins about the game... people showing interest.

That coupled with the statement on their forums if you visit without logging in: "In the near future you can expect new content to be updated on a regular basis. Until then, please be sure to Register as we will be looking to identify closed-beta and focus group participants." It makes it sound as though some of us will be able to participate in the closed-beta.

By the way -- I am guessing you're a Guyver fan... have you seen bioweapons.com? The guy claims he works in special effects and builds (and shows how) his own Guyver suit using a hot glue gun casting technique (among others).

When Webzen says "HERE ARE BETA SIGN UPS" then we know beta is soon. You will here about it on Fileplanet, IGN, 1UP, Filefront, and Webzen's site. I know how this industry works - as I work in it.

people have been getting e-mails about beta later this year and game will probly be redy late this year or early next year

just that info alone means that webzen isnt sitting on their butts it shows their getting somewere and everyday were getting closer and closer!

The only problem with the game comiing at us faster is the fact that we will have to wait slower for patches... Heres my equation.

faster release = more patches
slower release = patches but not as many

All because a car starts doesn't mean the brakes work. If you know what I mean...
