1. Webzen has stated that Huxley WILL in fact come out this year, if they keep to that promise or not is still to be discovered.
2. Microsoft broke the "This year only" rule to show Resident Evil 5.

The creators of spore said that they weren't at E3 this year because it takes time to away from the developing schedule to set up a booth, make a demo, and take people from your staff to go show off the product. Since they were already at E3 last year with Spore, they figured it would be better to get work done on the product. I think that's kind've what Webzen is doing. E3 is great for unveiling new products, but not for releasing new information. Here's the link:

Second Question on that page

I'm not suprised Webzen didn't show up at E3, since it's now invite only and the downsize has a lot of people complaining. X07 seems like a much better time to show off Huxley, so hopefully it'll be there or they release information independently before that.

What do you mean X07?

I think Webzen will appear at the Tokyo Game Show or what ever it's called. It's like the eastern E3. If they won't be there, then all hope is lost. D:

I completely forgot about the Tokyo Game Show. That seems much more likely than X07 for Huxley to show up.

It's going to be hard to even want this game with how secretive webzen is, right now warhammer is looking a LOT more compelling because of the information being given.

Oh, and this might be a little off-topic, but anybody else watching the E3 on G4 notice how Morgan doesnt seem to like Olivia, or there might be even more to it, they all seemed tense or something lol.

Huxley not being at E3 was a mistake. Send one or two guys who can run a demo, how hard can take be? With the release date fast approaching putting together a demo shouldn't have been that hard. Right now everyone is looking forward to everything they saw and heard about at E3 coming out. Everyone is going to blow their game budget before Huxley even gets out, and they are not going to want to pony up a monthly fee on top of their xbox live fees.

Morgan probably feels threatened by Olivia. Morgan is getting a little older, and she can't compete with the tight little asian body type. Plus Olivia is doing skits where she dresses up as wonder woman and Princess Leia. You can just imagine the nerdgasms, heck I had one.

Yes, but remember that the US is not Webzen's prime real-estate. Asia has way more people in it than North America. They reproduce like rabbits over there. And would you rather have more info on the game or have it come out at a closer date. I would rather have a closer date. And we don't even know when it is coming out so (no flaming intended) I don't see how you could say that the release date is fast approaching. Even if they say late 2007/early 2008 they could be wrong just like in 2006.

Ok I guess "Fast Approaching" is relative. To me anything that is less than .5 years is fast approaching. The point I was making is that E3 was the place to be for American gaming, and Webzen, although a Korean company, said that they are designing this game for the American market. The FPS is the American favorite, 3rd person shooter is the Asian favorite. To not show up to a MEDIA HUB where you can talk to the WHOLE world about your game was a BIG mistake. All they had to do was get off the plane drive 30 mins setup a demo (let's face it, if they don't have something easy and stable by now, they are screwed), and meet with 100's of internet, print and tv Journos. Get the hype at low cost. Perfect.

Yeah, but E3 is expensive if you think about round trip airfare (from korea), food, hotel, booth creation, demo creation, booth runners, a ticket to E3, transportation, 360's or Pc's to run your demo. It's a lot that Im sure they didnt want to go through especially if their demo is coming out in September like the rumors say.

I'm pretty sure the whole vista only thing has been discussed already and didn't someone figure out that it was going to work for XP?
