Playing A Female Character...As A Male

I always pick the thinnest model in every fps game, and usually that's the female ones. I'm too competative to give someone else the upper edge.

a lot of people I talk to say they play female characters just because they don't want to stare at a guys backside all day which I guess is understandable lol. Doesn't really matter either way to me. I guess you kind of gotta have the right sense of humor lol. Personally I can find humor in just about anything, especially in a video game.

I have still yet to see the stereotypical female in Huxley. They're all fully clothed or with some intense armor on. It's pretty surprising lol.

Guys playing females is fine but if the guy starts flirting or roleplaying then they may need to consider a sex change lol

I do play female characters in World of Warcraft now because I just got bored of seeing the same thing infront of me all the time.

Hey, anyone wo does play World of Warcraft will know that Blood Elves are hot haha.

But anyway, I don't think it is a problem playing female, just remember what you got between your legs guys.

i dont feel weird i just think its funny how male charactors always give (items money whatever) to female charactors even tho they really dont know if they really are a female or a male player i always make more female toons then male not for that reason but manly cause if im gonna be playing the game alot i know this a ffs in combat but as a male id rather see a female's rear end then a males ..... yea ...

Not to be mean, but those that play as a girl character are obviously sexually opressed. They cant get a girl and they refuse to look at porn so they feel that this is a nice way of lookin at a hot chick without worry of being judged. Seriously just w*** off to some porn, and watch how fast your need to play as a female character goes away cause you'll realize that its just a chick.

most but not all and thats why its funny in some ways but like it was said earlier there are some advantages such as size as well usally the female toons are much smaller and harder to spot and what not but it is just a game so i dont limit ppl to being sexually opressed just because they play a female character in a video game some titles dont even offer a choice

you never know whos playing who, a good friend of mine (which is a female) only plays male toons so whatever

Honestly, I really don't think it matters who plays what, I play female characters sometimes (majority male though) and have a hot girl friend so where does that leave me?

Well of course not everyone does, but it is silly to say, "Oh I just dont want to stare at a guys butt." Your playing a game why would you be staring at his butt in the first place, I am usually paying attention to the action around my character and not what his ass looks like during then.

That is what I find stupid, it is like just watch some porn and get over the fact that women have nice curves. Now yes there is the oh they are smaller and harder to spot etc etc. Which for the most part is BS, most guys have their eyes trained to find the most beautiful object in an area.

I remember playing Guild Wars and having zero problems finding the monk (that was always a female).

well personally when i play a mmo or a rpg where you decide your character i always make it male becuz at the base these type of game are role playing game ... even if huxley is a fps it remain a rpg in 50% of the important fact of the game so anyway i make my char a male since i cant put myself in the role of a female ... nothing to do with the fact that im a guy and think anything wrong bout female ... really only because im a male and role myself as a male ... sometime even try to make the character look like me or make him cool and do as if it was me :P well i think its on your opinion .. people sometime play girl char because they fit better the role they want to give their character ... and over everything im not the type to be intereste in sexual animation ... so whatever if im looking at a male back the whole day ... this male IS ME .. that how i see it ^^

And also pretty hard to roleplay when you hear the loud and annoying screaming of a girl getting shot :P jk but in some game they usually make the girls characters scream like if they saw some nude guy out of a sudden like in japanese anime ... just feel like if they think girl were always screaming like those hyper exagereted blonde from those dumb movies .... not all girls are dumb with some stupidly annoying screaming ... ( hope huxley wont have it lol ) just making them scream but silently ... its just like if when you were getting shot in a guerella type of mission in the jungle and get shot you'd start yelling something like : OH DIRTY BAS**** ! EAT IT !!! " then start shooting at him and keep yelling ... wouldnt people hear it and all run on you and you'd end up facing 100 guerrila soldiers ? >.< lollllll all that just to say that character female are fine to play depending on your opinion , but game creator sometime make it sooo annoying to hear that it feel stupid .. so also depend on wich game you play it can be find ... lets wait and see what huxley creator will bring us on the female character characteristic and voice acting ( and yelling) ...

(Aka goth tranny) A lot of the time I tell other players I'm a girl in real life to avoid confusion/haters. It's amazing how sexual the guys get. Whether it's innuendo, flirting, sexism, pampering, or down right harassment.

I think all you guys should try playing a female and saying your girl IRL, it's quite a trip.
