At the same time, I don't think everythings going to be balanced. I believe that, for example, Alteravers will have far more health than the others, but the other's will also have differentiations that make their race more skilled or more well-built for certain tasks.

That's right. Which actually makes it balanced.

If alts have more HP, and saps have less HP but run faster, that's "balance".

Unless they put in a system that made those who chose to customize their characters to be big and fat have more HP and smaller characters have less HP, it wouldn't be fair.

I'd be more than happy if they put in a system like that btw
