may sound weird but i like to picture myself in the game. so i make a guy char and make him look like what i'd look like... besides.. on huxley we aint gonna be staring at the backside anyway cuz its a fps lol

Anyway, yeah good point it's going to be an FPS lol so people can't hide behind that anymore.

I still don't think it's a big deal though. If I feel like playing a girl character I will. Not because I'm a lonely virgin without a life, but because I just feel like making a girl character.

Same if I was a girl playing a guy. It wouldn't be because I'm some crazy nympho but just cause I feel like having a guy character.

guys who take it too far, yes, that is very creepy lol. I haven't actually played a female character seriously in an MMO (then again I've only played 3 or 4 different MMOs) but I've met plenty of guys who play female characters and seem normal enough.

And if they take it too far, it's just funny lol

in wow i never played females maybe i'm just homophobic of somone trying to pick up on me. but 1st person shooter on the other hand if females are built a lil shorter, thin, pvp would make for a smaller target and in that case sign me up.

I think it's probably the creepiest when a guy hits on a female character expecting that it will get somewhere (cyber? crazy stalker?). If I was a girl I'd probably play a guy character just because I'd be weirded out by all the creepy guys on the internet lol. Playing videogames is supposed to be for fun, not for picking up chicks/dudes playing chicks.

I play female characters sometimes because I am a girl but everyonce in awhile I play as guy characters.

First off the game is an FPS however there is a button to push so that you can go into a third person camera, there's video's supporting this. Plus, I'm fairly certain female hitboxes are smaller. And lastly, I'd rather stare at a chicks ass for hours instead of a guys ass. Sure it may be a game and its virtual, but does that mean you don't mind staring at virtual penis' all day? Yeah... Didn't think so.
