meh the best way to lose weight is to go for runs, that's what I did I went from 182ish to 169 lbs and trust me its a good stress reliever. also thanks to the running I got to take some chick's pants off in the class room (she had some short shorts under ofcourse) viva las cheerleaders

Oh btw I have a horrible sense of telling whether or not a girl likes me. ohh well...
Also, I think I'm falling for a chick that's bitchy but cool as hell and ofcourse hot. I don't know how it could work out but it'd atleast be interesting. |

Oh youre into the muscular chicks. Wow... uh apologize for being an ass all the time. Even if you weren't an ass anytime just apologize. (you can't win witha girl :cry: )
Then say to make it up take her out to a nice dinner. Not movie! If you say movie it won't go according as planned but you'lle still have a chance. Then once the "date" is over tell her you had a nice time. *Don't go for a kiss unless the moment is right. Plus most first dates with a chick don't end in a kiss unless it's on the cheek.

I'm a 18 year old student. I am hopefully going to start my pilot straining (ATPL) soon. I live in Belgium (in a city called mechelen), but you've probably never heard of it although it is one of the wealthiest countries in the world :D. I like my computer and my favorite sport is paintball. It's a pitty that paintball is so expensive. I've tried kayak'ing, judo, tsiu tsitsu, running, fencing, tennis, basketball, swimming, gymnastics, sailing, windsurfing, etc in a club. But now I am not doing a sport (I want to gain some weight though). I'm not on a hunting mission for girls :D

lol, I just did my medical tests (7 hours of them). So it isn't 100% sure that I am going to start. It isn't a flying club btw, it's Sabena flight acadamy. And it's not like I have the money for it in my bank account. I will have to pay it back the first 10 years of work. And if I don't have work I'll have to pay it back anyway :D

Good luck with that pilot's academy, dyin and hopefully you will get a job to pay back the loan. If it doesn't work out at least you have experience running.

quite a bit of europeans on the boards here, right on.
On the subject of losing weight, there are two key factors that always works. 1. Stop eating in the middle of the night/right before you go to sleep. The food just sits in your stomach, does not get digested properly and most of it turns into fat. 2. Start running. Don't set a time or a distance, just run until your body cannot take you any further. There is no magic pill or weight loss diet needed, just eat healthy and exercise, thats all you need. I used to weight a beefy 250 pounds at 6 feet even and I am now at 178 and quite built. I ran my weight all the way down to 160, then I stopped running and started lifting weight and training in muay thai kickboxing. On a side note, any aussies here? I was born in queenstown, nz and spent a lot of my childhood there until moving to socal at beggining of hs. :] |

18, living in Gainesville, Florida. Ironically I'm actually going to go to FSU next year and major in Computer Science, and I plan to work in Network Security or possibly become a writer if I can make enough money at it. Also, I have no weight troubles and I have to beat off girls with a club. :P
