Well Benny tbh i understand that you are saying something that fights your own meaning of why you choose it =)
I mean look, you say people dont choose them for backgrounds, just for who they are. That's the exactly what you said, not same words but same meaning. I mean look, the races suits you best cause you like their style, there is a story behind them why they chose that style. I mean look you want to be Alternix for how they act and how they look right? And tha's pretty much is their background which is their story.. You see where im heading? =)
Plus that's why there are 4 different races that are pretty much opposite of each other i 4 totaly different ways. Lets take for example two races: Alternatives and Sapiens. Both races have something incommon and that is that one of type of that race fight for its survival and to make the world to a better place, other fight for more then just survival, they fight for survival and uses the case to the things like like to do. So my conclusion in this is like this.
Alteraver fight for survival and "The greater good"
Alternix fight also for survival but uses the opportunity to be hitman cause they like it and that's what they are.
ONE fight for survival but under that lies another story, they want the world to be theirs and plus war is good for business.
SYN are pretty much like Alteraver who fight for their own survival and nothing else but "The greater good" they dont want anything of others just peace and lefted alone from the war.

But thats my opinion, you people might think otherwise, go ahead and share what you think maybe i get a clearer vision of the situation ^^
