Post Lifetime Pricing

Though its not known if there will be monthly charges and how much they will be I'm thinking if it would be a good thing to offer a lifetime membership much like LOTR Online. What you do is buy the game for 200$ and never pay monthly fees again. If this was available would you do it? I'd play for a month first if I enjoyed the game and saw a good community recieving it well I would.

I said no, because after I update my computer and get Huxley, I will be so short on cash I won't have the option to do that.

No. I would not get my worth. I doubt I will play Huxley long enough to make that worthwhile. Most FPS games bore me after I have seen everything.

why not? that's
$200-$50 <-average price of a game
= $150
10 months at $15/mo

ur gonna play at least 10 months, some WoW subscribers are WAY past their 10 months and are still paying.

i voted yes.

I wouldn't do it. Not a chance in my life that I would spend $200 for a game I already pay for playing online, since im on Xbox Live. However you PC players might wanna do it, but i wouldn't there's just no way in hell that im gonna let some cheap game producer sqeeze out ONE more penny than they actually need.

Eerghm... not.
1$ is in poland 3zł.
200$ x 3 = 600zł
For this price i could buy a good graphic card. By the way, average salary is about 1000-1500zł. Do I have to say anything more? Maybe you now understand why you can see so many polish-speaking everywhere in england :P

no way like yelonek was talking about only in GBP 200$ = £100 aprox. and hardly anyone would allow that to be spent on one game in one day (unless you were rich, i hate rich people) it would be ok if you payed monthly til that amount is reached or just not have a fee, so many people will think its a good game and even if they never knew about it before theyd just buy it, so they would make enough money anyway. if they did want to make more money the following things are not an option coz it would annoy people too much: monthly fee, extenction pack, special weapon purchases and money purchases. and heres some other things that would annoy people: rich people, noobs, hackers(lets just hope they have a non-hacking system for their game) and all those who think huxley looks rubbish. lol
