people are saying that it is coming out at the end of 2007/2008 but the trailers are saying summer 2006 whats gives?

Simple, the trailers are wrong.

If it HAD been released when the video says it should have, you wouldn't be asking your question, would you?

i suppose your right maybe the huxley staff estimated the release date wrong.
