ok so look, halo you had sheilds, once your sheild went down, 1 shot your dead, only huxley wont have sheilds most likely, so im guessing your armor is theonly thing that will really keep you from dying, so you might as well have 1hp, it wouldnt make a difference!
and the only other way that you wouldnt get killed is if your team mate suddenly jumped in the way of enemy fire to keep his commanding officer (or whoever) alive, lol
but a sniper rifle would just rip through you.

Lol well I meant just an amount of health...I just put 100 because thats common, it could be less I guess it really doesn't matter :P

Well in this game it does, cause i saw some screenshots somewhere where players had above 100HP and 100HP wasnt been easy to take down, as easy as 100Armor. Which makes it that this game will ahve both health and armor as factro of defense.
