it will probably be something similar to PS where there are certain placed you can respawn and as you move closer/further ahead, you can create more respawn placed (the trucks in PS)

I think that you should become an all might god ghost when ever you die and then you can haunt your enamies by typing in /boo while targted, you well then automatically foalt around saying woooooooo, oooohhhhh ima ghost to huant you wooooooooooooo the player whos being huanted will ocasionaly see your dead body flash accross the screen and you can trigger flashing lights and move objects and then you can posses the team and then the player would be the last one alive and then you raise an army of undead but unluckly these guys are easily deffeted even by the most worst of players...............................

Nah that wouldn't work. Then the game would have the feel of the Final Fantasy movie. When the aliens where spirits and followed them everywhere taking peoples souls. Plus the "/boo" thing would piss off alot of people.
Now what if you can bury your fallen allies in an indian burial ground like in that movie "pet cemetary".

Paintball....no that wouldn't work. It's too focused on one thing plus actual gameplay is like that already with ducking and hidng from people.
I've played paintball for a goooooood ammount of time. Though I felt jipped because 70 bucks for 2000 shots sucked. Plus people had those high end intimidators and crap. I didn't want to turn out like most people when playing paintball as a pro. Most "pro" players are total jerks.

Well in a post-apocolyptic world resources can't be wasted. So weapons won't be uber cheap. And Most likely weapons and armor will be bound to your character so if you die.... you still keep it.

Oh heavens no! Nothing would get accomplished with timers on peoples items. Say a really high level guy died, everyone would swarm to his body to worry about who gets the gun and/or armor. Making it easy to frag other players. Plus that idea sorta sucked.

I think that a respawn thing would work the best, but it would be cool if it had a little more cinenmatic feel to it instead of like halo where you just "pop" back into the game randomly. Like it would be cool if a transport ship made rounds every so often and picked up the dead people and took them back to the hq and "heals" them. or it goes foggy and when you wake up u find out that you were takin back by something. Or even when you die you have to go back to the city thing. I dont know just something more immersive would be cool.

"When characters die during combat, they will re-spawn after a certain amount of time so they can battle again. Since Huxley is pursuing Hyper-action rather than military action, death during battle will only bring indirect penalties like losing the opportunity for more personal score, and weakening your overall team?s strength because of the re-spawn delay."
