im a lil bit angry that they are not updating like its sister game tabula rasa but in the end i belive this game will look feel an play better than TR so all you can do is wait an remain active on forums until news comes up not matter how long the wait

Well I think I am correct in saying that the recent "Lord Of The Rings Online" that has just been released was originaly set to launch back in 2002 or something crazy like that.

Don't quote me on that one but I heard something simila to that.

The recent news article about Webzen selling certain rights to the chinese company The9 shows that there is still alot of interest in Huxley.

I guess that Webzen could be more informative about things but hey, if there is a good game at the end of it then who cares.

I also agree that Webzen are kinda slow with updates about the game. They should build up the hype as much as they can IMO. To create the desire to purchase the game immediately after release.

Oh, and by the way, since this is waaay on-topic regarding Huxley I moved this thread into a more suitable section.

If this was gonna be as big as WoW, then Webzen needs to stard advertising. not too many ppl know about Huxley as of yet. As for patience, I've been here since August

Since we really do not know when the game is coming out and it could come out this summer or in 2009 they might not have an advertising campain for a long time and want to build up the hyper 6 months to a year before they release it. I am probobly wrong since i do not work in this industry but thats just my opinion.

it does kindof need to come out this year for me, if the mmo's apb or crimecraft come out for the 360 before huxley looks like ill be getting one of them

tabula rasa is being made by NCsoft I don't think webzen is involved at all.

And release dates before the beta even starts are never accurate. when they start the beta then you guys can start complaining about them lieing about the release date. Now asking about when the beta starts and how to get is is really what you guys should be concerned about. That will be your first opportunity to participate and first chance to have your voices truly heard.

Things like this are to be expected with video games. If you actually work with them, you know it's difficult to set an exact date for launch. It's like weather, you can predict anything you want, but there's always the possibility of problems popping up. Most large titles change their release date many times before they ever come out. It happened with Halo 2, Half Life 2, Lord of the Rings Oline, etc.

i know TR isnt in webzen company i jus call it its sister game becuase its same concept

post-Apocolyptic world with humans fighting aliens with futuristic weapons and technology.....

diffrence is one is Being Informative(TR) and the other is being kept secret(Huxley) however Huxley will be the better game we just have to wait it out.

I'd be satisfied if I get into beta. Doesn't look like there'll be any chance of that though, just Asians and a few select Amreicans= me stealing huxley rights(if I had 35 million dollars lol).
